In order to begin shopping as a wholesale customer, please complete these steps:


Wholesale Packaging:

We are always looking to reducing plastic packaging wherever possible, but understand that cellophane bags do protect the products and increase their shelf life.

So if you would like your products packed in cellophane, or prints/planners supplied individually tubed; Order Accordingly below.

An extra charge (per item packed) will be applied to your total bill.

Do Online Prices Include VAT?


Yes, Prices shown are inclusive of VAT (if applicable to that product or your shopping location). Once you’ve checked-out, you will be see your full VAT receipt in your account page.

When will my order be shipped?


Delivery times vary, depending on what we have in stock, and what we will need to make up for you especially. This usually varies between 2-8 weeks, depending on the size of your order.

How long is Delivery?


UK customers can expect their delivery to arrive within 2 working days from dispatch. We normally use Parcel Force, and you will get automatic tracking. 
International Deliveries usually take within 10-14 working days from dispatch. We normally use Parcel Force or UPS, and you will get automatic tracking.

Will I have to Pay Customs Charges?


Customers outside the UK will be subject to customs charges. 
If you are in the EU, Please ensure you email us your EORI number for your account set-up, and avoid any delays in paperwork.
If you are outwith the EU, Please ensure you email us your TAX ID for your account set-up, and avoid any delays in paperwork.

The Delivery Charge Seems Wrong...


Delivery Charges are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your total order weight.
Heavier items include Weekly Planners and Shuffle Notebooks, so adjust these if you want to reduce your shipping costs.

International shipping costs are extremely high at the moment, but we will review any costs once the order is submitted, (and we know the total order weight), and we will make amendments if the costs are incorrect.

Is there a Minimum Order Value?


Yes - We require a Minimum Order Spend of £150. Anything lower will not quality for wholesale pricing, and your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity?


Minimum Order Quantity = 10 products per style

Yes - We require a minimum order of 10 units per item type, but this total can be made up with assorted styles (eg. 3 pink, 3 blue, 4 Yellow Hit Lists = 10 MOQ). 

Why are (Some) Products not Being Discounted at Checkout?

First, Please make sure you are 'logged in' and ensure we have completed your Wholesale Account set-up before continuing.

Not all products are eligible for Wholesale Pricing. If you don’t see a Wholesale Pricing Table on a product page; it is not available for wholesale. This may be becasue that particular style is being discontinued, or it already has a multi-buy associated with it and therefore is for direct customers only.

My Cart is not showing Discounted Prices...


Your CART will only show the total ‘order value’ before any discounts.

Please make sure you are 'logged in' before continuing though.

Add any relevant Notes in the blue box in the CART, then please click through to CHECKOUT, to see your wholesale discounts applied.

My Discounted Prices are not being calculated correctly...


You will need to have at least 10 of each product type in your basket for discounts to be actioned. 
These product type’s are defined as: A1 Year Planner, A3 Wall Hanger, Mini Calendar, Shuffle Notebook (assorted Line or Plain in standard size only) Mini Notebook (assorted patterns), Weekly Planner (assorted colours), Hit List Notepads (assorted colours (excludes Double Deckers)), Quaderno Notebooks (assorted colours), Badges (assorted patterns), Cards (assorted A6 designs), Wall Art (assorted across all A3/A4 designs), RISO CLUB (assorted Issues) and Apparel (Unisex Graphic Tees only).

Hopefully some tweaking of your quantities will solve this issue, but if not, please email us with as much detail as possible (include screenshots), and we can review it.

The products I’m interested in don’t have enough stock?


Calendars, Badges and Apparel are not easily replenished. Therefore, the quantities you see available online are probably all that we have.

If it’s stationery related (Notepads, Notebooks, Cards etc) - please email us, and we can review the online inventory for you, and fix it :)

I’d like to request a Special Colour-way...

Send us an email with as much information as possible and we can review your request. The higher the quantities, the more like it is that we will be able to accommodate you/

I’d like to enquire about a Special Edition / Product Collaboration...
