Subscription Terms

By subscribing to RISO CLUB, you agree to a minimum 12-month commitment.

If paying monthly, this means 12 instalments (total £96 over 12 months).

This initial 12 months is binding because the subscription is priced to subsidise production and shipping costs as part of a not-for-profit model.

Once your first RISO CLUB issue has been dispatched, the subscription becomes non-refundable.

Cancellations during the initial 12-month period do not result in refunds for remaining months.

After your first 12 months are complete, your subscription continues on a rolling monthly basis and you are free to pause or cancel anytime before the next billing date.

Artwork styles vary each month and participation is based on a “lucky dip” approach.

Issues are dispatched monthly. Your first issue ships either with any additional items in your order or at the end of the current month.

RISO CLUB uses the same shipping options offered across our store, including tracked and untracked services.

If you select untracked shipping, delivery confirmation is not provided and subscriptions sent this way are not eligible for replacement or refund if lost.

Once your initial 12-month commitment is complete, you can pause or cancel anytime:
