This RISO CLUB archive edition features four original risograph artworks from Hamburg, curated by Yuxing Li.

Each Postcard Set is printed by hand using layered colour separations and rich soy-based inks on recycled paper. Each design explores the playful textures and colour overlays unique to risograph printing.

Featured artists:

Yuxing Li is a Chinese-German illustrator and visual artist living in Hamburg, Germany.
She works for press, publishing and cultural communications. Her visual language is bright and playful, using simple shapes and cheerful colours. In her practice, she explores relationships between people, inspired by everyday life and movements.

Gina Rosas Moncada is a Colombian illustrator and printmaker based in Hamburg. She studied Visual Arts in her hometown and Illustration at the HAW Hamburg. Adventurous and versatile with her techniques, Gina’s style coalesces around naïve and abstract forms to create something calming, contemplative and totally unique. Using a whole range of techniques from paper-cut to digital and even Etching, Gina has forged her own unique method of image-making that she’s able to apply to a varied range of clients.

Hello, I’m Xiyu, a Dutch-born Austrian drawing artist with Chinese origins. I like pictures. Pictures that tell stories, about people and how we interact with each other, about animals and houses and structures that surround us. I like pictures that touch minds and hearts, pictures that are not always clear. Elegant, immediate, powerful pictures.
