Lasca is anything shaped in an intentional way. Lasca is to mold, to think, to create. It is our responsibility to connect universes of brands and people, to create unique atmospheres, to express essences. With focus on illustration and visual identity, but free to follow different paths, we see the balance between technique and poetry as a guide in all our projects.

Thaís Arcangelo is a Brazilian illustrator and visual artist known for her deeply textured, nostalgic, and often melancholic visual style. Her practice is characterized by a "handmade" digital aesthetic that mimics traditional printmaking, charcoal sketches, and weathered paper textures.

Her work frequently focuses on the human figure—particularly women—captured in moments of quiet reflection, domestic stillness, or dreamlike solitude. With a palette typically leaning toward muted, earthy tones and high-contrast shadows, Arcangelo’s illustrations evoke a sense of timelessness and emotional depth. Beyond her personal portfolio on platforms like Flickr and Instagram, she has contributed to various editorial and independent publishing projects, bringing a poetic, tactile quality to contemporary illustration.
