This RISO CLUB archive edition features four original risograph artworks from Faversham, curated by Goose Studio.

Each Postcard Set is printed by hand using layered colour separations and rich soy-based inks on recycled paper. Each design explores the playful textures and colour overlays unique to risograph printing.

Featured artists:

David studied at Wimbledon School of Art, the Royal Academy Schools, and most recently at the Royal College of Art, for a practice based MPhil.

David has exhibited nationally and internationally in commercial and institutional spaces. He has work held in private collections, as well as the Oppenheimer Collection in the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art, USA. David has been awarded the Abbey Fellowship in painting at the British School in Rome, the Acme Studios Sugar House Residency, and has also been selected for New Contemporaries.

Joshua Taplin is a non-binary artist living & working out of Faversham, Kent. He focuses mainly on lino & monoprinting, following themes of self exploration, self acceptance and body positivity that aim to bring attention to the joys and hardships of queer identity.

Sarah studied Fine Art Printmaking at both The University of Brighton & The Royal College of Art. She was awarded Cite International des Arts studio residency in Paris & Sandarbh Artist in Residence in Rajasthan, India. Her work is held in the Government Art Collection alongside private collections in the Uk & Europe. Sarah runs Goose Studio, a Screen Print & Risograph Workshop based in Faversham Kent.

A former student at the Royal Academy Schools, and a founder of the notorious Stuckist movement, Charles Williams' paintings have been exhibited in the UK, Europe, and the United States. Formerly Programme Director of Fine Art at Canterbury Christ Church University, his PhD is an autoethnographic study of his practice. He is President of the RWS, and represented by New Art Projects, London. His books on drawing and watercolour were published by Robert Hale, and he writes for Turps magazine. Current work explores the animality of humans and the humanity of animals, although he is working towards a two person show about Santa Claus at Newcastle Cathedral in late 2024.

Founder of the notorious Stuckist movement, Williams' current work explores the animality of humans and the humanity of animals.
